Nano Optics

Nano optics is a broad category that includes computer displays, semiconductor lithography, photonics, and nano-positioning. Electronic instruments help characterize nano-engineered computer displays and new flat panel displays that use nanoscale materials. Agilent’s line of nano-positioning and laser interferometer products are used by industry leaders. Optical components like beam splitters, beam benders, mirrors, and cube corners provide nano-scale positioning of lasers for high resolution nanolithography.
