Precision LCR and Resistance Meters

The Agilent Precision LCR and Resistance Meters help you measure the resistance, capacitance, and inductance of nanoscale materials and devices. They can characterize your low to high impedance devices across a broad frequency range. A DC parameter measurement option (Opt. 001) lets you simultaneously measure DC resistance, current, voltage, and impedance. Leakage current is also available for capacitance evaluation. For accurate permittivity and dissipation factor measurements of solid dielectric materials-use the 16451B dielectric test fixture and for liquids use the 16452A liquid test fixture.
