Impedance / Materials Analyzers
Agilent’s impedance and materials analyzers provide accurate and thorough analysis of nano-devices and nano-materials. They measure impedance (inductance, capacitance, and resistance) at specific frequencies and across a range of frequencies. DC bias and AC signal swept measurement functions can be used in evaluating your nano-devices and materials under their normal operating conditions.
For more information, see the complete line of Agilent materials test products.
